fantastic location and excellent service!

attentive staffquality choicesuncontrollable air conditioning
i found the location super convenient, near a metro station, the spanish steps, and the trevi fountain. evening strolls were wonderful with lots of places to eat and people watch! the staff were so attentive and friendly, i really felt welcomed. the breakfast on the rooftop was scenic and offered many high-quality choices, and the staff there were attentive too.
The air conditioning wasn't controllable from the room. I needed to call reception to adjust it. this made the night a little uncomfortable. the recepcionist suggested I give them a tip, this made me a bit unconfortable too.
Location
9/10
the hotel is very close to trevi fountain and barberini museum. it is also conveniently maintained and clean, with a really lovely rooftop bar area. the hotel is located on a steep hill, but that's a minor detail.
Rooms

my room was clean, quiet, and well-equipped with all necessities. the bathroom and shower were surprisingly large, especially when compared to other european hotels. it was a pleasant surprise to have so much space in the bathroom.
Dining
10/10
the rooftop lounge had fantastic views. there were many high-quality choices with attentive staff. it had both buffet and from-the-kitchen options available and created a superb experience.

I thought the location was excellent. it was close to many attractions. the cleanliness was also excellent. i found air conditioning available. the soundproofing was decent. I was impressed.
the toilet was nearly impossible to flush. our junior suite was very tiny, i thought there was not enough room for suitcases. walls seemed paper thin, i noticed it was very noisy.
